WINTER Mid week OFFER: "3 for 2" = stay three nights for the price of two, £75pp based on 2 sharing a double room Sunday - Thursday. "4 for 3" = stay four nights and pay for three, £112.50pp. Excludes York events and B/H dates.
Terms
Reservations: Your debit card details are required to reserve a room.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card.
Car Parking: Permits are supplied for the parking to the sidestreets by the house.
No Smoking: We adopt a strictly no smoking policy in all the rooms & guest house. Should you ignore this policy then you will be asked to leave & charged £100 for specialist cleaning (with a 4% surcharge).
Checking out: Guests are asked to vacate the rooms by 10am. All rooms are checked after departure. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the debit/credit card at replacement cost.
Cancellation policy: We require as much notice as posible to cancel a reservation. Should you give less than 72 hours notice from the day of arrival, then the full amount shall be payable. Any charges will be taken from the credit card used to secure the room with a 4% handling charge. Deposits are non refundable.
