All rooms are en-suite with LCD Freeview televisions as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Prices include a full English breakfast. We are open most of the year, children over 8 are welcome. Terms
Reservations: Your debit card details are required to reserve a room.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card.
Car Parking: Permits are supplied for the parking to the sidestreets by the house.
No Smoking: We adopt a strictly no smoking policy in all the rooms & guest house. Should you ignore this policy then you will be asked to leave & charged £100 for specialist cleaning.
Checking out: Guests are asked to vacate the rooms by 10am. All rooms are checked after departure. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the debit/credit card at replacement cost.
Cancellation policy: We require as much notice as posible to cancel a reservation. Should you give less than 72 hours notice then the full amount shall be payable. Any charges will be taken from the credit card used to secure the room with a 4% handling charge. Deposits are non refundable.
