We are a group of ten people, five married couples, all over fifty years of age, we have stayed at the Crossways for the last four years in June. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we have no problems sleeping, the breakfast is excellent, Emma's hospitality is first class.

Terms
Reservations: Your debit card details are required to reserve a room.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash or debit card credit cards incur a 4% surcharge.
Car Parking: Permits are supplied for the parking to the sidestreets by the house.
No Smoking: We adopt a strictly no smoking policy in all the rooms & guest house. Should you ignore this policy then you will be asked to leave & charged £100 for specialist cleaning (with a 4% surcharge).
Checking out: Guests are asked to vacate the rooms by 10am. All rooms are checked after departure. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the debit/credit card at replacement cost.
Cancellation policy: We require as much notice as posible to cancel a reservation. Should you give less than 72 hours notice from the day of arrival, then the full amount shall be payable. Full amount may be charged following a cancellation enquiry. Any charges will be taken from the credit card used to secure the room with a 4% handling charge. All Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Breakfast, whether continental or full English, is varied, hearty and delicious - special dietary requirements can be catered for. We make our own Homemade marmalade and preserves. Freshly made homemade bread
