Terms
Reservations: Your credit card details are required to reserve a room. Payment: Payment can be made by cash / cheque / credit card. Car Parking: Permits are offered for the limited parking to the sidestreets by the house. No Smoking: We adopt a strictly no smoking policy in all the rooms & guest house. Should you ignore this policy then you will be asked to leave & charged £100 for specialist cleaning. Checking out: Guests are asked to vacate the rooms by 10am. All rooms are checked after departure. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the credit card. Cancellation policy: We require 7 days notice to cancel a reservation. Should you exceed this timescale then the 1st nights payment shall be taken from the card. Should you give less than 72 hours notice then the full amount shall be payable. Any charges will be taken from the credit card used to secure the room with a 3% handling charge. Deposits are non refundable.
